Remove during exercise, sleeping & bathing
Metals will naturally tarnish. Tarnish can be removed with a polishing cloth until returned to a mirror finish
Peak or Flitz Polish is highly recommended for faster and more effective polishing

Best Jewelry ever!

Couldn't have bought a better ring anywhere else the thought and care that was poured into making this is insane! Amazing Talent, Amazing Reminder to Pause!

I saw these advertised online, and read the description. The box breathing technique really does work! I had a meditation app on my phone, but it isn’t practical to play video/audio everywhere.
